Approx. 90 m² interior area for 2 to 6 people, adjoining, the air-conditioned apartment has a master bedroom with a French window looking out onto the terrace and facing the sea (160 x 200 cm Queen size bed), wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lights and ensuite bathroom with an Italian shower, vanity unit, magnifying mirror, wall hung towel dryer and WC. A second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be made into a double, wardrobe safe, bedside tables and reading lights. A second bathroom with an Italian shower, WC, vanity unit, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, towel dryer. In the living room an American kitchen dining area, WIFI. A TV area with sofa bed and smart TV. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto living room: large fridge freezer, 4 burner induction hob, dish washer, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

It faces the sea and has a 100 m2 private terrace with shade, an eating area, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, a private jacuzzi and an outdoor shower. 

Bed linen, toilet towels, pool towels and tea towels are provided. 

The stay is free for children under 3 years old. A cot, a baby bath, a high chair, a potty and a soup mixer are provided, on request and subject to availability.

There is a laundry area with washing and drying machines available, tokens are sold at the reception (5€ to wash, 3€ to dry). Soap powder is provided. 

Buffet breakfast on reservation, served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, adults and children from 12 years old: 18€ per person.
